She is the Project Manager of EuroPolis, a Collaborative Project financed by the European Commission under the Seventh Framework Programme, where CIRCaP is the coordinator institution.
Before her present role, she has been the secretary of the Graduate School in Political Science, where she collaborated for the Master and PhD Programmes in Political Science. She was also the secretary for the national and specialistic module of the “Euromaster/Transatlantic Master”, coordinated by Bath University. She has also collaborated with the Intune Project (coordinated by CIRCAP) and IConnectEU Project, both funded by the EC FP6. Silvina was born and grew-up in Cordoba (Argentina) where she got a degree from the faculty of Political Sciences of the Catholic University of Argentina. After graduation she was part of the research team of the World Bank for the “International Governance Review Project”. In the year 2005 she got a scholarship from the Foreign Affairs Ministry of Italy to attend a Master programme in Management at the University of Genova, Italy.
